3. Payment Terms
All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing for each service is mentioned on our official website or as per the agreed proposal.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once the work has started, NO REFUND will be provided under any circumstances.
If you cancel the project before we start working, a 50% deduction will be applied as a processing and resource allocation fee.
Customized services, digital products, and marketing campaigns are non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for delay caused by client-side issues, such as delay in providing content, approvals, or required information.
5. Project Timelines
Timelines will be shared after finalizing the project requirements.
Delays caused by incomplete information, payment delays, or client approvals will extend the timeline.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and creatives developed by MasterJi Pix remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, except third-party licensed content.
7. Limitation of Liability
MasterJi Pix is not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
The client fails to make payments on time.
The client engages in any abusive or unethical behavior.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dhanbad courts.
